The current package is U3 v261019, a ZIP file: unzip it and run BrimloadU3.exe, no installer required. Opening saved plans works within one edition at the moment: it opens plans saved by U3 in English or Chinese, plans saved by T3 are not supported, and a plan saved by a newer version may not open in an older one. The app runs on Windows 64-bit, reads and writes local data files, and is valid through December 30, 2026.
